Bracha Lavee has created this gorgeous vibrant silkscreen in which the viewer appears to be looking out of a window overlooking Jerusalem at sunset. The sky is beautifully done in pinks, peaches, and red signifying that sun is going down. The style of the buildings are unique to Jerusalem. At the bottom of the Serigraph is written Fairest of Sights, Joy of All the Earth (Psalms 48:3) in matte gold ornamented Hebrew Letters on a navy background. It describes the beauty and eternal nature of Jerusalem whose glory stems from G-d choosing her as the site of His Temple. The window is flanked by two Pillars done in shades of blue and Turquoise and highlighted with matte silver. The top of the arch shaped window has a matte gold Menorah in the center and the Fruits of Israel to either side of it on a background of teal.
